Merry Christmas everyone!

It's the last day of term before we break up for Christmas. Everyone is tired but happy. The children have had a wonderful week; singing carols, partying with Father Christmas and the end of term Golden Assembly.

Monday evening's Carol Service at St Joseph's Church in Guildord was lovely. The children sang beautifully, and as you can see in the picture above, the candles and lighting in the church set the scene well for the Christmas story. Although the children were tired, they managed to keep going and read and sang very well. It was also a treat to have an organist accompanying the children's singing.

The parties yesterday afternoon were a great success. The children were delighted to see our special visitor, father Christmas, who made an appearance bearing a little early Christmas gift for each class and chocolates for each child.

Please join us this afternoon for Carols Around the Tree at 1.10pm, our special way to end the term and remind ourselves of the real meaning of Christmas.

Have a wonderful Christmas with your families and a good rest. See you all next year!
