Parents

We believe good communication is vital to ensure the smooth running of the school.

Parents are encouraged to become actively involved in the school via the Primary School Association (PSA) or the Parents' Forum. Details of these can be found by clicking the relevant link on the left.

If you would like to volunteer to help in school, it will be a requirement to undertake an Enhanced DBS check as well as safeguarding training which is run and managed by the Xavier Catholic Education Trust.  You will also need to complete a Disqualification Through Association Disclaimer Form and sign the Code of Conduct Agreement.  Please let the office know if you would like to volunteer.  There are some upcoming training sessions, detailed below.  Volunteers will also have to complete an application form which is available on our school website (School Information/Parents/Useful forms and letters).  Please contact the office if you would like to book on to one of the training sessions.

Please contact Mrs Pepper, our Bursar, to arrange the DBS check, and Mrs Sciberras (office admin staff, Thurs and Fri mornings) to book yourself onto the safeguarding training.  The Code of Conduct and other documentation regarding safeguarding/volunteering can be found under School Information/Parents/Useful forms and letters.
