A quiet start to the summer term

Hello everyone. What a strange return to school after Easter!

The weather has been beautiful, the blossom is out on the trees all down The Drive but the road is unusually empty! Normally at this time of the morning, the playground would be full of children playing and enjoying in the sunshine in their summer uniforms, but not this week! We have had a few children in each day and we've started every morning with our Joe Wicks workout and the children have been busy learning. We've had an Olympics day, a mini beast hunt, baking, painting, a study on different countries amongst many other things.

We had a surprise delivery of treats for the teacher's working organised by a group of parents, thank you, they are delicious!

We have been kept very busy keeping up with all the wonderful learning on Seesaw, your pictures and comments are great, it's amazing how much you are all doing! We do miss you all very much.

Please keep in touch, we're here everyday so do give us a call if you need anything, even just a quick chat!

Have a lovely weekend, enjoy the sunshine while it lasts!
