Mental Health and Wellbeing

Children’s Mental Health Awareness week takes place this year from 7th – 13th February and this year’s theme is ‘Growing Together’.

During this week, we can look at ways to help each other grow emotionally.  Emotional growth is often a gradual process that happens over time.

Over the last two years, more than ever, we have been seeing children struggle with lock-down and the implications of covid.  It has been a very unsettling time for children, and they can sometimes feel overwhelmed, but they often find it difficult to articulate their feelings.
